Line-Up is a product-focused SaaS business building ticketing software for some of the most forward-thinking live entertainment organisations in the UK, US and beyond. As we continue to build on the success of our platform, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Growth Team. This role is accountable for ensuring that marketing activities contribute meaningfully to growth, including demo-to-pipeline conversion, lead qualification, and long-term revenue impact.
This role will play a central part in shaping how Line-Up is positioned and understood in the market. Working closely with Sales, Community and Product teams, the Marketing Manager will help translate insight from customer conversations and market activity into clear, effective marketing that supports growth and strengthens long-term relationships.
The Role 🌟
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing activity that supports Line-Up’s commercial priorities and continued growth. The role reports directly to the COO, while working day-to-day in close collaboration with the sales and community teams as part of the Growth Team.
Working as part of the Growth Team, the role collaborates closely with sales, community and product colleagues to ensure marketing activity is well aligned with how the business operates in practice. This is a hands-on role that balances strategic thinking with delivery and will suit someone who enjoys working across teams in a high-performing, product-led business.
Key Responsibilities 🔑
- Translate market insight, customer conversations and commercial priorities into focused marketing activity, working closely with Sales, Community and Product.
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives end-to-end, with clear ownership of priorities, trade-offs and impact on growth objectives.
- Own the direction and outcomes of specialist marketing activity, working with external partners or agencies where appropriate (for example SEO, analytics or performance), while remaining closely involved in shaping the work.
- Create and maintain clear, compelling marketing materials that support sales activity, including presentations, written content and campaign assets.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, positioning and tone across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Monitor performance and engagement across marketing activity, using insight to inform decisions and continuously improve future work.
- Work closely with Sales to align marketing activity to core ICPs and pipeline stages, focusing on what genuinely supports conversion and deal progression.

Essential
- Experience delivering marketing activity that supports commercial objectives, ideally within SaaS, technology-enabled services or B2B2C contexts.
- Strong ability to translate insight, data and qualitative feedback into clear, practical marketing outputs.
- Confidence working cross-functionally with sales, product and customer-facing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
